All payment processing has a $6.45 fee added. We handle all aspects of school conflicts, from peer to peer conflicts, to parent/administration issues. We even have two members of our team who specialize in Special Education, and another who specializes in childhood trauma; which makes them a great choice for mediating these types of unique and very important issues. Call us before booking, to discuss options.

Payment Processing: All payments and returns will have a processing fee added. This is the fee charged by the payment processor, and may change annually, and differ based on the payment platform of your choice. This portion of your payment is non-refundable. For Mediation Services: There is a mandatory 48 hour notice for cancellations (this refers to business hours, so if the mediation is scheduled for a Monday, it must be canceled by Thursday). All cancellations submitted prior to 48 hours of scheduled time receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. If the mediation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, monies are non-refundable.
