Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Adrienne Mushiya Kalamba is a bilingual (English and French) Canadian mediator and author who now lives in the United States. She is educated in familial disputes and has been able to get her feet wet in this area; but, has most of her mediation experience and education in civil disputes.

She is known for being extremely passionate about bringing parties together and helping them communicate in positive and progressive ways, in order to reach a resolution.

Having graduated from Creighton University with a Masters of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Jonathan decided to pursue conflict resolution consulting, and mediation as an independent contractor. This allowed him to mediate a multitude of cases over the last 15 years, ranging from issues in labor and employment to families going through divorce. His specialty is adapting to all types of conflicts, because no conflict or dispute is the same. Jonathan is always aiming to set his clients up for success.

With a J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School, Carrie Ganci-Clodi has served as a Director of Special Education in Illinois school districts and Special Education Cooperatives. In addition to her role in the educational sector, Ms. Ganci-Clodi is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Indiana, and is formally trained in mediation. Carrie has provided in-person mediation services through the Kankakee and Iroquois County Court Systems since graduating law school; and, provides remote mediation services nationally for family, divorce, probate, education, probate and estate planning.  Additionally, Carrie has taught for Olivet University since 2005; and, has served as a member of the Executive Board for Harbor House, an organization that supports survivors of domestic violence.

Scott D. Brand, B.S.B.M.

Since completing his trainings, he has been helping people resolve conflict for the past eight years in multiple states across the US.  Scott believes he empowers people by assisting them in resolving their issues, in a meaningful and impactful way, leading them to live with less conflict and more self-determination. He has a high settlement rate; always remains impartial and unbiased; and prides himself on clarity and accuracy. Scott was also ED of the Domestic Violence Crisis Center of his local circuit, and has many years under his belt dealing with these sensitive issues.

She now possesses the highest credentials for mediators in the state of Texas. She is trained in the fields of family dynamics, child development, family law, workplace, and juvenile detention, as specified by Texas law. Sharon is also a trained arbitrator, and a certified master coach.

Bonnie Massien, LLB

Bonnie also works with the Gould School of Law at USC as a mediation coach. She has successfully mediated cases in the areas of Family Law; Landlord/Tenant; Contracts; Unlawful Detainers; trusts and estates, all aspects of corporate issues; and, many others. As a 3rd party neutral, she excels in understanding clients’ disputes and determining the proper resolve with understanding and compassion.

She has mediated a variety of cases in the family/divorce arena involving division of property, parenting plans, parent-teen disputes, many other inner family conflicts; and, many types of civil disputes, including landlord/tenant/evictions.
